This video is scary. Identity theft is growing big time. I work with a company that offers identity theft protection and restoration for a very affordable rate.

You can all order those work history experience reports by calling social security at 18007721213 or by going online to the social security website and typing on the search bar free annual statement. Note the people who are elegible for these free annual statements are the people who are 25 years old or older and do not recieve any kind of benefits from social security.
Good good thinking yeomalt2!!! I definetly forgot about that. We can all order a free a history work experience summary statement from social security every 12 months!! This is another apportunity for you to find out if someone is using your personal info without your permission. Look at everything like all the jobs you had and have at the moment because if you see something suspicious it could mean that someone pretending to be you. And you do see something suspicious take action right wa
Plus another smart thing that I did is to put a fraud alert on all of my free annual credit reports. This makes it impossible for Id thieves to get credit in your name! Because they will call you to confirm if it is really you who is trying to apply for credit! And it is for free!! Those fraud alerts will last for three months but when those three months are done you put that fraud alert to all your credit reports again for free! Just call the 3 credit reporting agencies and use the
Well I at least I took a very good step of preventing this crime from happening to me and what I did was to get my annual credit report from all three credit reporting agencies. I also ordered free annual credit reports for my parents that they just don't know anything about id theft. Now another good thing that I did in order to prevent this crime from happening to me was getting a credit monitoring service.
The good thing is if everyone gets broke enough there'll be absolutely no value in stealing anyone's identity. In fact, it'll be encouraged. Here take my identity and could you take care of this debt while you're at it?
@BinkieMcFartnuggets Identity theft is not just credit. Imagine someone out there with your Drivers license number but their picture doing something illegal. That would not be a good thing at all.
I've spent hours helping to correct my husband's credit report after 2 of the credit reporting agencies merged his report with someone else's because MCI Communications changed 1 digit of the individual's SSN. Experian just deleted 72 items related to this person. TransUnion refuses to do so without extra documentation. People, please check your credit reports regularly!
@yeomalt2 What about your ssn, drivers license, medical records, back round, birthday. you can't change that everyday. Protect your self!
