i did a course with NITLC and I really wish that I had done my research before enrolling. They don't care about whether the course is right for you, or whether you are capable of doing the course at all. They just want to get as many people enrolled as posssible...as long as the profits are coming in. DO YOUR RESEARCH!! WE ARE IN A RECESSION AND THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE ARE BEING RIPPED OFF!
@jetpaq Yes, well that's just a retarded way of saying that you make changes to your computer in the control panel. I could just aswell say "Install software = registry editing"
You can delete parts of the registry, this CAN damage Windows to the point that doesn't run correctly and you to have reinstall Windows. The point Mike is trying to make is to be cautious when you go into the registry.
For an IT guy, his frame rate sucks.

How EXACTLY is it possible that if you somehow erase the registry, you reinstall Windows? Can you explain?

@jiveturkey25 The website registry on windows .com explains in nontechnical language how messing with your registry can damage your computer.
