I have 100 Conjuration and 100 Intelligence. No Governing skill determines how much Magicka you have but Intelligence but I can't gain that anymore. Can someone please help me?

@zezomax1 Well, there are ways to get any of your attributes over 100 by glitching, but you'll have to search around youtube or something to find them. Really it shouldn't be that necessary, though. Just max out your willpower and all of the magic skills. You will regenerate magicka like crazy, and every spell costs less magicka to cast than normal since you're so proficient in each skill.

Higher skill = Less magicka cost

Then you won't have much problem with your magicka. :p

That dosen't get you magicka, restoration get's you faster magicka recharge and fatigue, not extra magicka

the more you raise a skill like alteration the less an alteration spell will cost.

for example: you see "open very hard lock" at novice skill lvl and it costs 300 magicka. see the same spell at master level alteration and it will only be like 100

fingers of the mountains magicka cost can be lowered by training up ur destruction skill, thehigher the skill for that pool of magic, the less magicka spells within that pool cost

ive had that problem you know you could always do the enchantment glitch an gain way more magicka then 200 mine is at 2049 right now i tried to figure out how this is increasing total magicka but its not what he is describing here is how to get your restoration skill up fast but you can do this with any magick skill the only thing he is telling you how to do is to rest and get the same amount of magicka before you even ran out you DIDNT gain any extra magicka

Considering you're a redguard you're probably not going to have that much magicka. I've been playing Oblivion 2 years. I've had a level 2 with like 300 magicka and it wasn't a high elf. Just go ahead and make another account with different skills or something.

wot ure intelligence lev, if ure usin 1 of the pre-set classes id reroll ure breton, if ure lookin for a battlemage go for breton, if ure lookin for a mage or stealth-mage (or even a battlemage at a push) do high elf with atronach and get 50% more spell absorb my guy has 100 end, 100 int and workin on agility and str atm shes quite weak atm cuz not bought any gd spells or gear but ill get her gd soon lol
