It's on the fast side of normal. She strips it out of her voice often because she sings a lot of harmony. You can't match voices and have tight harmonies with the vibrato in there because everyone has different vibrato speeds. She drives into the pitch and sets it when she sings in harmony.
The phrase "pitch-perfect" comes to mind. And to watch her sing at you with those big, blue eyes is just hypnotic. She's a siren. And yet, such a down-to-earth country girl. Love her!
