"breaking down the divide": The division between God and His people was broken down when Jesus was crucified.

"in a Holy collision": when Jesus ascended to Heaven and was seated at the right hand of God. The Holy collision, them 2 connecting (colliding) is what broke down the division between God and His people. Because through Jesus, the people know God.
