Pocket knife and Multi~Tools saws generally have a aggressive profile, Have some patience and try and let the teeth do the work, As you can imagine the blade often gets stuck because it`s not truly gone through very straight, And thus it pinches tight between the surfaces, So a light and steady hand with a focus on going flat through usually pays off with a bit of luck and some practice
hey u know wat u might want to try that ive found really helpful? using a spritz of WD40 on the blade when ur sawing something. I got the idea from nutnfancy in his wilderness lean-to vid, and it works pretty well. it also will help against corrosion if ur sawing something in damp or downright wet conditions, since sawing will rub the initial factory weatherproof finish off. just an idea

actually using the saw the way you did was hard on the blade, any saw will bind when you rotate it like that

Seems like it has some teeth in it, just has the same drawback as any multi-tool saw, its just not long enough to get up speed and big draws...
