That teacher should show the lady first, haw to perform correct open and slap-strokes. That lady is "innocently" tapping with her fingers and the teacher doesn't even care, even though he seems to be looking at her hands. The main thing is the money's, eh?

Let's see, do you mean the congas that this instructor is playing in this video? Those are the Compact Conga designed by Giovanni Hidalgo and manufactured by LP. You can purchased that in any music store, Guitar Center, Sam Ash, etc. You'll find only one conga, though. He is using two congas tuned differently, one higher than the other. You'll need a regular snare drum stand because that doesn't come with the Compact Conga.
