@classaction666 WOMAN AND GOVERNMENT BECOME THE PREDATORS AND MEN BECOME THE VICTIMS when men are FORCED to pay unfair child support amounts based on a percentage of what he earns himself when he should only pay precisely 50% of PROVEN necessary expenses towards the child ONLY,in which the woman or government must pay the other 50%.There are men who are ordered by the predatory courts to pay $1,000 or $5,000 or more a month when the ex-wife on average pays between $50 to $500 a month per child.

Wait a mintue - pay 50% costs to whom? The mother? If we assume 50-50 custody then neither parent should pay nothing to the other. One should only pay if, for example you cannot take your kid say 50% of the time.
Under such a system we would not need family courts ripping off men and all the scumbag lawyers would be out of a job (-:

@angol42 IF THE WOMAN HAS 100% CUSTODY OF THE CHILD where they are together as a family and the man is OUT THE DOOR, THEN WHY SHOULD THE MAN HAVE TO PAY 50% OF CHILD SUPPORT when he does NOT have custody of the child and is NOT living with them? MEN SHOULD NOT PAY ANY AMOUNT TOWARDS CHILD SUPPORT IF HE DOESN'T HAVE CUSTODY. Women who have 100% custody of a child SHOULD PAY 100% OF ALL EXPENSES towards the child. Being a dad but NOT having custody of the child is NOT BEING PART OF THE FAMILY.

THE EX-HUSBAND shoud only be responsible to pay precisely 50% of neccessary expenses TOWARDS THE CHILD ONLY AND NOT TOWARDS THE EX-WIFE. If the ex-wife cannot afford to pay the other 50% THAT IS NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE EX-HUSBAND as they are now 2 seperate single adults because the marraige no longer exists so therefore THE GOVERNMENT should then be responsible to pay the other 50% if the ex-wife cant. MAKE THIS A LAW!!!!!!

ITS NOT THE EX-HUSBANDS RESONSIBILITY TO FULLY SUPPORT AN EX-WIFE by paying extremely unfair child support payments where she spends the child support on herself and her own personel bills that are not associated with the child. . The law should treat an ex-wife as any other SINGLE person who has custody of a child with the exception that the ex-husband is responsible to pay 50% of neccessary expenses that occurs towards the child ONLY(not the ex-wife) and the ex-wife must pay the other 50%.

THE ONLY FAIR CHILD SUPPORT that a guy should pay is PRECISELY 50% of NECCESSARY expenses in which it should be required by law that the mother provides proof and reciepts as to what the neccessay expenses are and the mother is responsible to pay the other 50%. THE CORRUPTED government should NOT HAVE THE RIGHT to force the poor guy against his will and pay an extremely unfair amount based on a percentage of what he earns himself when they're no longer married.
