  • OSVALDO, DONDE DAS CLASES??

  • muy bien natu y eladia! abrazos

  • Vamos negro, Todavía!!!!

  • really??? i thought tango origin came from italy...over half of the country is of italian descent...but i dont think it came from cuba (i could be wrong)

  • yea,,,you are right...

  • Well I like this style but neotango is a more flexible more frestyle.. check the videos searching neotango .

  • There's no official, RIGHT way to dance the Argentine tango - except commonsense ones like "Don't break anyone's legs"! If you want full upper-body contact, fine. But if you want more distance, that's good too. I typically dance very close when the floor is tight. But most ladies like to show off their fancy moves, so early and late when the floor is more open, I will move further away and lead them into things like boleos (sideways flicks of their legs with their knees kept close together).

  • So make salsa dance to tango music without breaking anyone legs. :). yes there is no offical rules, but there are some rules to do argentian tango in the right way. Not matter Whom Theese dancers are. But this performance or improvisation is not good at all.Are they the best? :) Did you watch or heard about any other tango dancers?

  • I heard somehere that the Rumba is the most romantic but I think that the Tango is. This is a great video. WishI could do that. :D

  • yes the tango is incredibly sexy. Both the "rumba" and the tango originated in cuba.the tango was called son habanera and was taken to the bordellos of buenos

aires via paris by french sailors."Rumba" as it is danced in the west is actually son from which developed the mambo, chachacha and salsa.Real rumba comes from west africa, probably the congo and is of three types-guaguanco,yambu and columbia and is very raunchy(source:cuba and its music-ned sublette)

  • I think you have a huge misinformation about the origens of the Tango.

  • I am quite prepared to look at any source describing the origin of the tango. I quote from Ned Sublette's book(cuba and its music pg327)"though the tango that was popularized worldwide was Argentine, it is well documented and generally accepted that the rhythm of the tango-interchangeably called habanera-had travelled from the port city of Havana to the port city of Buenos Aires."

  • The way that i am being taught, the female is not supposed to have the top half of her body practically attatched to the male.... and the arm is way to high, not placed on the shoulder... well idk really... just the beginner's opinion.

  • That's the way that Tango is danced at Buenos Aires Milongas by the real milongueros y milongueras!! Muy bueno che!!! Dario

  • they are great dancers yes I agree on this point but the same thing disturbs me; Eladia seems uncomfortable and moves like a man; It's very technical and I just can not admire a very technical dance if I can't feel an emotion in the mooves...

  • I don't like the way this is danced at all. I don't know much about tango but she seems very uncomfortable. It looks awkward when she moves because the top half of her is like stone and its like she only moves her legs. But that's just my opinion. >.<

  • In Argentine tango (tango de salon, not the stage tango) the contact point between the dancers is in the chest area, that's how the woman feels the lead, and that is why she has to always be connected to the man with her torso/chest. So yes, she is supposed to only move her legs, in response to the man's leads, and it's like she is leaning forward into him.

  • But it looks like shit.. no beauty and no flow at all.. that's what the power of the male arms are for.. ot guide and direct the woman...

  • I love this! Beautiful, connected, minimal tricks. The essence of sweet, social tango.

  • they are my teachers! the best of the world! Osvaldo Natucci & Eladia Cordoba. i love them.

  • i dont like the way the woman is moving/dancing...well i guess i shouldnt critise but ey thts my stupid opinion..:)

  • Congratulations! I posted your video on www.MilongasBlog.com. Thanks, Neil
