While "on paper" it may even be possible to create a human being artificially or reverse organ's death, humans will be dead for that time. Also, ethically im not sure if coming this far is "right", maybe there is not a god, but there is nature for sure, and that is something we should respect. I agree you point on religion.

If you make sure it cant spread, it will take a while before a new one arrives
