have you ever thought about topping the shabaklap with cheese. It is great ! my fren use to have restaurant and he use to have " Tibetan Pizza " on his menu which is Shabaklep topped with cheese - just yummy.. try that.
I think we are celebrating HH's birth day in wrong way.
I've been noticing this since I joined millitary.There I saw our quartermasters use to order lot's of meat to celebrate HH's birth day.Why can't we celebrate HH's birth day with vegetables and save animal live?
If possible please upload some tibetan dishes made by vegs.My ex girlfriend,she was not tibetan but she always use to make veg momos...that was also great.
