But why she attacks Michael Beckett? I don't know.

Her child form is good and her naked form is bad. If you play the "Extraction Point" expansion pack you are outnumbered and the child Alma kills them and says "You're safe now". But her naked form tries to kill you. At the end of the expansion pack you see both Alma's merging into one creating a new Alma. This Alma will be revealed in F.E.A.R 2
