I just bought an older model for 10 bucks at a garage sale. I figure I can still use it to go camping......and who knows, maybe even hook up and do a double?
I was thinking of getting this. does it work good? I have ripped my rotater cuff twice on my right side (shoulder) so i have trouble doing crunches/ect it pulls that shoulder. i think this might stretch me a lot more

if you are seriouse about getting good abs than you would know that you are not supposed to do ab workouts every single day, your muscles would never have time to repair them selves, thus making them stronger. you do abs 2-3 times a week, but between that you do cardio and other muscles and have at least a day to rest
after 20-30 of em i start feeling it and i do about 150 sit ups every other day on this thing and still no 6 pack!!!! piece of shit !!tony little u LYING BASTARD!!
working out everyday doing the same exercise everyday won't get you any results. I'd advise you to use the ab lounge maybe every other day for a set time limit (half an hour maybe) so that you can get a good workout not just for a certain number of reps. I have it and it really does work.
@rockdacatbox24 thanks. .i have a treadmil also, so i alternate days.. running 1 day n pushups and this stupid thing the other im not lazy i just havent seen results yet. ill tryn focus on getting a good burn and not worry about the # of reps

I guess do the ab lounge, 500 reps, and do planks... and leg raises, crunches though the ab lounge is suppose to be more effective than crunches when used 500 times a day lol.
Don't give up! It's just, I think you feel that way because it'll take some time, not instant =( which sucks lol... give it a month D:
This Machine is okay. It gives a good stretch, but it took me about 35 to stat feeling even the slightest bit. By around the 80th one, i was starting to feel a good burn. I think this machine would be excellent for people who don't have much muscle in their abs... like my sister. However. The different exercises included in the book are quite a nice addition. Some are much harder than others. I would say this machine is overall, a good buy. Hope this helps. :)
