If your scooter is running on HHO alone, you can replace your back tire with an electric generator, then see if you can create more electricity than your cell needs to run.

in my mind i dont think that would work..unless its charging a battery..maybe a golf cart battery being those are small..and you happen to charge it while coasting down hills

I suppose you have already figured out that your throttle control is your power supply ... once you get your air/fuel ratio tweaked, you can adjust throttle by increasing or decreasing the production of HHO ...
