I have an MP3 player -- not an ipod but I found my arm band on amazon... worked great! I love it for working out! ahhhhhhhh so cute!!! They did all my measurements in the middle of the room.. I felt like everyone was looking but they weren't. lol

I have some in my stash and it is bunny soft! LOL@ the stand ups and sit downs. I will have to try that. I think that would keep someone pretty strong and limber over time. You are doing so well!!!!!

Ohthat is so good , exercising, my dad and mom and I and my siste used to exercise, I used to go to Vic Tanny's, was it ever fun, and mky mom used to go to a swimming pool and exercise place, now they don't have them, what a shame! I f they had a swimming pool place to go to I wd be in heaven, we had a nice swimming pool at my parents house since I was young teenager, and we always went to public swimming pools, when |I move, I am going to HV to look that up! Hugs!
