  • @solimiman 123 no wonder your not seeing any improvement if your doing it twice a day! You need to let your muscles repair in order to see any improvement! Do it once every other day otherwise you won't get any bigger!

  • @arj3191 i do this workout's a lot of times and it doesn't hurt or give a burning feeling any more liek before a i doing something wrong? (my grammar is bad i'm dutch)

  • @xlrj8 heres the deal bro. your muscles get used to routine workouts. switch it up a little bit, like holding a certain position longer for example. if you dont change the routine, you will not get the 48-hour after burn after a while.

  • @tja17736 ok thanks! :) i do always practice always in a group with fitness instructor(s) and they do almost the same exercizes every week for 15 min its calles buikspier kwartier translated: ab quater or something like that.. i train my abs always with that group beacause i don't have the discipline for heavy/good workouts =/

  • it means ur getting used to it...try doing more....ex... instead of 25 crunches... do 35....

  • @xlrj8 its called the plateau effect. It works for awhile but after awhile your muscle gets used to the workout until eventually it stops working.

  • @xlrj8 brother you should do it much more than if you do each workout 25 regulair than make it 50 than take short breaks or not and eat healty

  • @MrDa7eem Depends on how much cardio you do..Not just this workout. But I do it everyday. Im 17, nd 150lbs. I gota six pack in about 3 weeeks. Cardio + this workout=sixpack

  • For all u guys out there that don't know what reps are... Rep is short for repetitions, this means how many times u do something.

    Ex: crunches 25 reps... Do crunches 25 times. :) hope this helps

  • For everyone out there there is 2 things, fat turns into muscle but too much fat won't help, secondly do leg raises for 1 minute 3 different periods, where you hold your legs in mid air (6inches above ground)

  • @lycanlove333 You want to have at least 6 meals a day to lose fat. It needs to consist of high protein, and low carbs. Throw some veggies in there too.

  • @lycanlove333 1 meal a day will slow down your metabolism making it harder to lose weight - lots of small meals means your body wont store fat because its being used all day - just eat veg, pasta and some protein like chicken, turkey eggs w.e - and make a massive meal then seperate it into 7 doing this will prevent you from eating junk cause your food is prepared already. you can eat a lot of food just do exercise too.

  • this is a very effective ab workout, ive tried it and these excercises work very well! but i got a question, i can only do crunches, leg extensions, alternating leg extensions, and not the other ones, is it ok if i just do these ones and il still get the six pack?
