In 1999 or 2000 there were series on US TV and "Wonderland" was the opening tune. I believe the series were also calles wonderland. So it was only made for that purpose.

You can find "Has To Be" on the Japanese 14 track album of Ray of Light. Also it comes in the 2 track US single of Ray of Light... I have both :)
