I think you may be referring to Esme's favorite, which was completely complex and impossibly hard to do. It made Bella feel insignficant.

Her lullaby probably is sweeter and simplier. It reflects Bella.

Just because Edward is an amazing pianist does not mean that her lullaby was extremely complex. I find some of the best compositions to be the simple, yet undoubtedly beautiful.

But for Bella and Edward....it doesn't fit quite right.
