Don't anyone buy the nice guy BS in this video. I worked with Jake on a project for Home Depot and this guy has got one HUGE head on his shoulders. Basically if you're not the producer, director, or one of his posse, you work for Jake on set. I remember he kept berating one of the grips and even made the guy run for him. The shoot went way over and everyone was glad when it ended. The thing is he used to be pretty cool until he did the "big" Wal-Mart training vid.
