Erie "steelhead stocks" have been good for several years now.
Most of the people who fish Erie travel a great distance to get there. Sometimes, especially in the early fall, they are forced to make the best of it and fish in low water conditions. No one I know enjoys that type of angling.
i have a hard time catching steelhead in extremely clear conditions.. whats the trick

this sucks. try real fishing. not snagging spawners in a foot of water.
don't mean to be negative but really guys. no wonder steelhead stocks are on the decline.
