Always remenber Fiat; Lancia; Alfaromeo they are very faulty with wiring. Even worst they have mid engine plant, that will be very bad when the engine gets hot!!!

But that is what happen with every mid engine car not just with Italian cars. Toyota´s MRS and LOTUS have the same problem has well.

In the early model F430 they had a little issue with the engine compartment overheating, due to the lack of proper and efficient air flow. Now all the newer F430 regardless of model do not have this problem thanks to a little redesign of the air flow through the engine compartment

Bad fuel lines, bad electricals, etc... Carbon fiber isn't flammable, but the resin used to bond/seal it is. This doesn't help things much when fire makes its way onto the cars body panels...
