It's interesting to know that in the paper comic Bizarro falls in love with Lois. She feels pity for him but anyway betrays him to Clark. Kind of similar, aint it?

Lana isn't that smart in this scene, she knows Clark only has a limtited amount of clothing styles he wears, and she saw the real clark wearing the red jacket,blue shirt one! She should of noticed that right away.

The clothing on the show is meant 4 us (the audience) to see the difference & to keep us in suspense.
The fact is that there is no PHYSICAL difference between Clark & Bizarro; the PERSONALITY is different.
Even Chloe couldn't tell the difference (Daily Planet scenes). At first she thought that Clark needed rest. It is only when Bizzaro was RUDE to her that she felt something was really wrong.
Both Lana & Chloe had no clue it was the Phantom.
Apparently Bizarro fooled everyone for a month.
