Damn Colin, you realise that Wall is a ROOKIE right? Yeah he's having fun and he should, as long as he plays good basketball and wins games it's all right.

my beef with cowherd is that he's basing his rant on the theory that immature players stay immature. what he forgets or ignores is that rondo too was an immature player before maturing under the guide of ray allen. immaturity in professional sports is something a very high percentage of players go through. you're saying kobe was a mature player right away? You're also right about Kobe and Rondo (especially Kobe during his first year with the Lakers)

@kizzle1203 Totally agree bro. But Cowherd's a genius. He's strongly opinionated and very capable of aggressively and persuasively articulating his thoughts, but he knows how to get ratings. You look at all the outspoken personalities in the media, from Cowherd to Bill O'Reilly to Dan Lebatard, none of these guys believe everything they say, but every now and then they'll say something strictly to reap the benefits of the shock value. Yeah he's a football guy, but he's not that ignorant.

Cowherd forgets that John Wall is only 19, 20 years old who is a sudden millionaire. This is a new generation compared to when Magic and Stockton played. LeBron used to dance on the sidelines during games and ticked on Joakim Noah. Reggie Miller danced during the intros. John Wall showed he has a world of talent with the triple-double game he had. If Cowherd was bright, he would give John Wall a chance before comparing him to Stephon Marbury, Steve Francis and other underacheivers.
