She's gonna grow up very very soon physically and emotionally. That's the point she will but Stefan will still remain a 17 yrs old boy. That will be beyond weird if she's gonna be with him again. Damon is the good brother here, before Damon ever met Elena and was human he was the good brother who felt for ppl, when he first turned into a vamp and Stefan was killing some girls he compelled them to leave. Damon fell in love with Elena when his emotions were turned off... that's TRUE love.

@trulzxoxo right?! Stelena is true love. Damon is a player, and even though he loves Elena, i dont think he'll do that to Stefan.

Remember how the necklace represents hope and how he gave it to Elena? Remeber how it magically came back after it was burned? Its an omen , its a foreshadowing that you and your love for this woman Elena is gonna SURVIVE. The necklace represents Stefan and if it stood the test of fire, so will Stefan!
