i actually think overall, oh gravity was one of there best cd's. to me the beautiful letdown was probably their best song, but i also think it has some not very good songs on there too, ie: amuunition, 24 etc

well. from the first comment i made alls i was trying to do was help the guy so that it would never come to him having to remove them because they sounded really good. but then i was contradicted and belittled just because he prolly thought i was just being a jerk, which i wasnt. i merely pointed it out so that nothing would happen. As i found out from the lawyer who teaches my music business class at my university of kansas. I gave her this specific example and she ensured me that it IS in fact illegal whether you profit or not.

Copyright laws are in place so that you're not making profit off of their songs, which is clearly not what you're doing. Could you imagine if every video on YouTube that included a cover of someone's song was taken down? Yikes!

Wow, this song is like a breath of fresh air. I like it. I've never heard that guy singing the lead before. I like his voice. It's a nice change from Jon Foreman's voice, which I like, but I've only heard his voice define the "sound" of the band.
