  • 2 weeks ago I was in the gym. I was hitting 315 no problem. A kid in the gym saw me struggling with the right had as I always do, I had it but he touched the one side. Just a little bit pushing all the weight to the other shoulder. a week later same things happens, with the 405 This time I could hear the muscle rip or tear . Always have a proper spot dont let a nub touch it from the side.
