Yes, this is Spiderman 3, you can tell by the black suit and Dr. Curt conners turns into the lizard in the 3rd game. :-)

No, just the Lizard. Sam Raimi is taking the movie's from Ultimate Spider-Man Graphic Novels, but, still staying true too the original material. Carnage is too early, if he comes in the next film, Gwen Stacy is toast, because, where as Norman Osborn/Green Goblin kills Gwen on the bridge in the originals, Cletus Cassidy/Carnage kills Gwen in Ultimate Spider-Man. But, yes, after Spidey defeates Sandman, the Lizard comes next.
