I listened to to this song for a year with some friends of mine and we all heard bitchin...because it at least makes SOME sense.

@ArcaneInquisitor Pitching or Pitchbending is a technique used by Dj's to mix 2 records into each other. i think in every direction means when they move the modulator from left to right and back, and so on.
