Are you reffering to the Violin looking instrument? If so, it is called Njarka in Songhai/Sonrai/Zarma language, in Hausa it is called Goge, in the Tamashek Tuareg language they call it Imzad, and my mother tongue Fufulde (Fulani Language) we call it the Ritti.
