It sounds great, but to be honest, the 40 and 44 series are way better. They give you a much more gnarly, beefy sound when you accelerate vs. the somewhat set back, more muffled tone of the 50

fuck im confused. i got a 99' wj with 4.7 and right b4 the muffler theres a big tube looking thing with a censor going to it? is that the cat? i dont want to fuck with it bc of the wire going into it. but i did put a glass pack on mine.

how do you like it?? im trying to put that or an FM super 44 or something. i want a deep throaty sound but i want THAT to be loud too. and i plan on doing a c/a intake to help that but i just wanna make the right decision the first time.

yea there are actually three cats on the grand cherokees and i know for sure there is one big one rite before the muffler and two rite before the heads...i have the same exhaust i cut the one big cat off and left the other two on and sounds badass

check engine light, because you removed the cat, you must have removed the second oxygen sensor that screws into the cat.

nope. i didnt have any o2 sensor in my cat. haha idk why but i didnt. so i didnt have any check engine light. it was great. i think its cuz i have two pre cats
