Well actually this guy has been a ventriloquist since 1982 and Jeff Dunham said tht he was inspired by Dan horn even though Jeff turned into a better ventriliquist

Hi Squishy0812, Dan Horn has new puppets of the same characters from time to time. I guess the act is new, or is just changed quite a bit.
