i remember the strategy i used in the star forge, I had Canderous and HK-47.HK and I got killed and I even had HK maxed out in armor, Canderous laid the law down, surviving blowing shit up, he regened his own health, and had enough stuff left to bring both me and HK back. He was the only one who never went down through the entire starforge, untill that bitch Bastila stunned him and left me alone.

Here's a strategy for this level while on the Star Forge: Bring a Force using companion as a healer and backup, and a companion who's good with computers. You'll need him/her to heal if you're overwhelmed by numerous Sith reinforcements. You'll need the other companion to get into the computer and deactivate the turrets and get the Star Forge Robes. For yourself, bring an area-of-effect Force power like Force Storm or Force Wave.

Heh... this soundtrack always gave me nightmares... nightmares of getting endlessly overpowered by reinforcements Malak was sure of wouldn't be able to stop me... yet they did. Until I finally became smart and invested in Force Immunity and other defensive abilities. That's when I kept mashing Quick Save for no reason, cause I didn't die anymore at all.

As you can see playing through a game 7 times makes you smarter at some point hehe.

I found the KOTOR final battle super easy, because i ran away from him and destroyed the tanks of semi dead jedi first, then just heal heal heal all the time (I always had about 80 spare med packs on me)

I found KOTOR 2 final battle uber hard, the hardest ever in any game ever, because i was not at the level cap, ran out of med packs and sheild generators. I Did though... after a few hours, i ran in circles around the midle until trayus lost me, then force healed up and attacked her again.

This song does not match my KOTOR Soundtrack. I don't have any listing of a track titled "Star Forge Battle". There's one called "Star Forge" and one called "The Last Confrontation" and neither of them sounded anything like this music. So I listened to every song on my soundtrack and I found the one that matches this one is #43 on the soundtrack, and called "Rancor Battle"

I'm curious to find out if mine is labeled incorrectly or if yours it.

@demonovyn just get him to see you then run back into where you came and chuck grenades at him. or you can actually go up to the pile of bodies, put a grenade,then the "strange odor" thing and then a cutscene will show the rancor eating it and he implodes and dies.

@demonovyn I was stuck there for a long time myself. What u do it grab the Odors from the severed are you find before the door. and then u run over to the pile of bones next to the Rancor and keep putting your grenade in the pile till your background screen turns black. Exit out of the screen then the Rancor will go to the pile and Blow up. Then Ta Da you can walk past it with ease.

@Icespear67 Force wave, Stasis or lighting. That usually does the trick. Of course those work better with Sentinel and Consular jedi-class. With Guardian, best trick is to invest on Speed and defense. With speed, my guardian usually had to strike once, and target fell down. I've never before played with guardian since I take jack-of-all-trades before specialising in one area, but it was great fun seeing my Guardian to run trough seven dark jedis with force speed and force jump!

I remember the Star Forge. Sith just kept coming in droves from every direction, and of course everyone should remember the turret corridor, if I had just realized I could deactivate them........Malak was a long battle before I decided to drain the Jedi myself :D

What I really love in Kotor's music is that all the themes fit so perfectly for the situation they are played for. This perfectly gives us that 'Space Station" feeling,especially at the point of 1:05
