@bami12345 Pantera is Groove, or just bullshit water downed "Thrash." Sorry but chugga chugga riffs with "OMG HAI IMA TUFF GAI" vocals arent Metal. Slipknot is heavily influenced by Industrial and is more on the Hard Rock side of the spectrum in terms of musical composition. Ok I will concede that Pantera is actually Metal, just utter tripe who's CD's arent worth the cost of the jewel case they are in. Slipknot is not Metal though.

@bami12345 relax, guy has his own views on metal. They sure as hell go into my metal catagorey, pantera for being a fucking legend and slipknot for just being all they ever were and more when I was a child. But anywho, back to the good stuff, like how absolutely amazing heaven shall burn is... :)

listen to Olafur Arnalds. He wrote the instrumentals from Antigone. Not sure if he did this was as well (the piano part anyway) but his stuff is very much along these lines. As far as your dislike of the singer, you're on your own there.
