make sure you are not wearing make-up or any other oily substance on your skin. this will keep you from losing. I use 1.75 i.u and I have lost 8 lbs in first week. also if you have candida this can also keep you feeling hungry.

I am sure you figured it out but, I inject 200iu and how much you inject as far as qty all depends on how much water you used when you mixed it. I inject 50 units on my needle.

@barbhull how is the 50 units working for you? the highest amount i have seen is 25 units or 250 ui's. i know some people adjust for hunger or not losing. how many days are you doing? thanks

@brande3120 most people I know usually inject 200 or less. I think people have been doing a lot of experimenting lately with the higher dosage and the higher not always the better in fact some people tend to stall or not lose as much on 200iu as they do on 125iu. I usually do it or try to do it for at least 60 days. I just started a round today so we will see how it goes. I am going to Vegas early April. Thats gonna be hard.

I just let you a comment but here's what I've discovered. I will be taking the 5000iu hcg. I will be injecting 200iu per day. That will be #20 on my (1cc) needle. Ficticiousminds has some vids where she mixes for 250iu's. I think 200iu is good. Too low of an iu will leave you with the munchies so uping it is a good thing. I think mixing your own is better than a Dr.'s office because you know exactly how potent your hcg will be. Tell your Dr. to put you on 175 to 200iu.
