I think vampire movies are overplayed, which is the Blade series appeals to people like me. Finally a movie that's about nothing but killing vampires. Not romanticizing them, not making them out to be heroes or scary villains. Nope all these Blade movies are about is the genocide of vampires and making it look easy. Although I think of the end of Trinity, when Drake says he leaves him with a parting 'gift'... did he mean cursing us with the Twilight series?
