Yep, Guitarist was great, singer is just aweful. As a guitarist myself, I've seen this way too many times and left more than a few bands because the singer thought he was God's gift. The talent is always noticed, you just have to listen to what people are telling you. In your case "Hold auditions for a new singer!"
