Carmen is just there for one episode. It's called "What Is And What Should Neer Be". The story goes like that: Dean & Sam fight against a djinn and the djinn gets Dean and when he wakes up he lives the life he never had. His mom & Jess are alive and he doesn't hunt. Sorry for the spoilers.
