I realize it's a drum machine but damn, it just sounds so fake and plastic-y. And imo, the speed actually takes away from the heaviness. Slower but more crushing tempos would probably benefit the riffs I think

I have always liked "Death Metal" but this Grindcore is completely new to me so I need a little help here. Is this guy a 'one man band'? I looked up a few of the Putrid Pile videos and never see a drummer, a bass player. So, do you all mean to tell me this guy does it all alone? If so, pretty cool.

Actually this stuff is still death metal (slam death metal to be exact) but yeah it's just one guy! Shaun LaCanne plays the guitar and does the vocals and writes the lyrics all alone! He uses drum machine for the drums both live and studio
