Fun Fact: The reason that Il Duce has a cigar in his mouth is because Billy Connolly would not stop smiling during this scene.

Also, Il Duce was orginally supposed to throw blood-filled condoms on the ground and stomp on them to give the illusion of multiple shooters, but the condoms would not break so they had to give up on the idea.
