Many luthiers and guitar manufacturers are building what is often referred to as "crossover" guitars.They are nylon string instruments made for players used to steel string. Narrower nut and string spacing,a radiused fingerboard, neck joint at the 14th fret,cutaway and onboard electronics.These are all details specific to this type of guitar.Check out Kirk Sand,Godin etc.Often used in latin-jazz too.
2 things. 1. specs of a guitar don't exactly determine the style. This track is a classical piece, not jazz; so.....
and 2. JAZZ guitars are considered Hollowbody guitars with Flatwound Electric guitar strings, not nylon. With at least one humbucker pickup, and a archtop bridge, with a tailpiece. This isn't even an archtop guitar, so how it is considered a jazz guitar will never be known. It may not be "true" to the original classical guitars, but it is close enough.

@xjustxkidsx a true classical is a 12 fret to the body , non cutaway, nylon string with a 2" nut width as flat fretboard..
This guitar is 14 frets to the body, with a 1 78" nut width and slightly radiused fretboard.
