i only got palit gt 240 sonic and a core2duo e7500 2.93 ghz and i can also play it all maxed out.....i also want to upgrade it with i7 and a palit gtx 480 this coming dec.

It seems a bit laggy im not really convinced you get that high fps, although it might be some youtube issues or when you created a media file, idk

My laptop almost runs that good haha not quite tho i have AMD Turion X2 2.2 GHz still lags alil sometimes not a big problem tho :P

@ZeroSixNinetyFour yea about $50 (if i remember right, seriously though there basically the same thing except the 980 is clock slightly higher, but u can oc the 920 to that, i have a gaming rig with the 980 in it and a work rig with the 920 in it and when i oc the 920 its like 99.9% the same performance as my 980)

i playing max left4dead2 with 8800gtx and amd 2.7x2 on 1440x900 and QCSAAx16 and filtering x16 and getting average 70 fpses...... coz fo my procesor is shit xD but it still lag free , and this game SUX balls really hard ;p gfx is shit but i like CSS ;] and its just.... totally random lol

I can max it out with a Geforce 9400, 2gb ram, windows vista sp1, intel celeron dual core 2.5ghz. It gives me about 20-30 fps.

Dude, this game is no problem for the Core i7 and gtx 295 :D. I can get 50-120 FPS with everything on max with my pentium dual-core 2.8ghz, 9800gt and 4 gb RAM :P

yeah before i got 320+ but since im running dual mons at each going max with highest colors and brightness, it decreases, but the good thing is you can tell between 291 and 320 fps, they both seem the same. :D

Man, this is a very well optimized (well, I guess it's not optimized because valve made it.. idk =P) game for the pc! 320+ fps, amazing!

Just wondering also, do you know how much a preformance difference there is between the gtx280m and gtx295? Your card is obviously better, but how much exactly?

got an aim, we can chat there, besides the gtx 295 is a hybrid of a 260/280 but doubled, so about double the performance of the gtx 280.

@HazyFlamesProduction i hope you know that in valve games the gpu doesnt really matter as the source engine is a cpu intensive game, they actually did a test they put a pentium 4 cpu with a gtx 280 together and it got xx fps (cant remember exact details) then they put an i7 with, i think it was an 8400gt (one of the ones that would come stock if you bought like a dell when the 8 series came out) and it got xxx fps
