  • looks like high school girls fighting

  • The guy in the head gear has some serious balance problems. Beyond that, it is your answer to the "FRAY" only hands or is that all you choose to train?

  • @christopheclugston just a slap boxing match, more to the fight, but this is fun peace

  • @FarisiDaniel I understand the drill idea and goal. I just wonder if you also do drills for the entire realm that non sport takes. BTW you're far more articulate on 52 than the other posters.

  • @christopheclugston thank you, we have stages that we take a fighter through boxing, timing then the bang... which includes all in, being that our range starts out side the leg we work on slipping to get this is where you earn you worth on end on the ground not a good place to be outside the ring so we work that in nice inside game and that's where our 52 lives peace

  • @christopheclugston Christophe Clugston is rippoff of Paul Vunak. He has copying his videos for years trying to sell his shit videos to poor peoples who are not knowing any better, telling peoples he is the best and original BLOCKING comments to his channels so he can keeps his customers in the dark away from people who knows the truths - Vunak is the original and the best Seal trainer jkd EXPERT. Clugston = piece of shit homosexual video thief cocksucker ripoff mans

  • @RudeFroggyFrench Hey little Troll your mom let you out of the basement did she?

  • @christopheclugston CLUGSTON = CHEAP HOMOSEXUAL VUNAK RIPOFF

  • it would be nice to see some variety, maybe some kicks or some good punches landing on the intended target........

  • Black Shirt Is up There

  • Unique, but it goes back to the days of slap boxing in the hood..Nothing special. These are beginners. I would like to see the instructors spar. That way we can fully gauge it's true effectiveness. Asa street fighter and self defense instructor myself.. There are many openings and flaws when these guys spar. I mean no disrespect to the system, however in order to gauge the effectiveness, the higher level practitioners should demonstrate.

  • @research256 you are correct these are beginners, and this is sparring. you can watch the instructors in other clips under Constellation

  • this jawn would get takedown in the streets...sorry bra..i could shut this down with a takedown to ground and pound..WHACK!!!

  • @whodabull u culd take down pretty much any striking martial art with take down and ground and pound... this isnt about wrestling. this is about hand fighting.

  • Boxing? You renamed boxing to 52 blocks? Again, lame.

  • @MyUsername1120 Peace first off our style of Boxing never had a name and if you were just a little up on Boxing History you would know that at the foundation were black men, and thus we now have a name for it.

    peace

  • @FarisiDaniel Boxing (or variations on it)has/have appeared in practically every civilisation since records began. To claim that it has it's foundation in any particular human culture (other than the human culture of having two fists) is wishful thinking at best and an attempt to claim one race somehow superior to others at worst. In short the Egyptians,Romans,Greeks,Thais,Fillipinos,Europeans and yes Americans(& more) ALL have boxing styles in their cultural (and often unrelated) histories.Peace

  • @Rapist87 How so Boxing like wrestling traveled inside the human spirit true however it's core had to be the same unless you like say a punch is a punch concept which is not the case Boxing as it is today comes from a source of styles than lived around the 14-15 cent and thanks to North Africa it survived till this day the reason why because it worked as you put it we would see all kinds of boxing in all manor we don't it all sits well within the squared circle of todays ring peace

  • @FarisiDaniel That makes no sense, but thankyou for taking the time to reply. Peace

  • @Rapist87 thank you, I think you missed my point what I was saying was boxing is not punching it relates to the ring, and thus requires some understanding anyone can punch but to box that's another animal. these timeless tradition had a beginning where it went and from whom is not the point what is the point is that you had to learn it from somebody that knew it well or you could just swing you arms wildly my work at first then you get hit, boxers know what to do at all times peace

  • @FarisiDaniel Yes boxing is a "match" art rather than a "martial" art (though recent evoloutions in martial arts have proved the dominance of the so called "match" arts). I do not dispute the fact that boxing generally takes place in a four point ring (or circle), my argument is that the "art" of boxing was not particular to one country nation time or place, rather that it is simply a Human evolution to use the clenched fist as a weapon and then to train in the skill. Thus the different....

  • @Rapist87 Again you speak of the sport and not the concept of the art Boxing is indeed Martial you evade, counter atttack you defend then counter attack, what Martial practice is without these skills. and yes boxing does relate to place in time as not two things are ever in the same place at the same time doing the same thing, as for the fist when you are holding a weapon it's clenched close quarter combat will supply the answer to Boxing as Martial Art

  • @FarisiDaniel ...and yet similar styles of boxing were born all over the world in many different cultures. Some dictated the use of just the fist, many (especially in the beginning) did not. Suggesting that boxing was a science peculiar to one nation or race is akin to suggesting that no one outside of the Phillipines ever used a stick as a weapon, which would of course be absurd. Peace and prosperity my friend. Thankyou for taking the time to reply

  • @Rapist87 Two words elude you My Brother that is Influence and Migration the human population has been roaming the Earth for millennium. Back in forth across the globe surely during this time idea and conflict arise and were suppressed to establish new Kingdom or remove old ones. The Negrito moved into the Philippines so 70’s thousand year ago. Within the last 500 years so did the Moro\Moors.

  • @FarisiDaniel Transporting their culture and ways and means so the notion that Boxing whether fencing or fight with ones fist is somehow independently discovered without the same conditions being in place that created the art as we know it flies in the face as not very plausible. Every Culture on this planet has a predecessor as they did not exist at the same time. Often born out of need or conflict yet the very nature of MAN to preserve his way is central to all. And you are Welcome Peace

  • honestly man DO they really think 52 block is a art? and if it is? i just wanna know why they name 52? do they only have 52 things block? or something? cuz i saw blak guy was doing it and honestly it seem it like he didnt know what was he doing

  • @reporter Yes we do and YES it is an ART, No it has nothing to do with 52 blocks, fly name for the science which the elements of 52 can be found in math. so people don't know what they ar doing but we do

    Peace

  • all the people who are dissing these guys are from the Mc dojos or are keyboard warroirs

  • I actually box, I have vids. I'm also not dissing them, but I'm telling you right now that's not going to work in a real match.

  • that's cool, can we see your vids

    peace

  • On my page, each one is only 29 secs long since recorded with cell phone

  • not bad thanks a lot keep in touch, may have a sparring partner for you soon

    peace

  • Not my best, dropped 12 pounds for that tournament xD. I'd be looking forward for some sparring. J.R. Boxing Club Killeen, Texas

  • cool keep up the work, and we can bring some guys to texas. love to go there

    peace

  • I don't see this turning out well in a real boxing match.

  • @poncekid56 there boxing but open hand because of the mma gloves if they closed their fists it would work so it would work

  • I wasn't really talking about there open hands, but alot of unnecessary movement.

  • they are trying to combine two for one, but you have a point

    peace

  • I'm interested in going to the school. where is it? Uptown? I live in Brooklyn?

  • i can appreciate what you guys are doing but it really does look like slap boxing at best but really looks like two guys with no technique sparring fot the first time.

  • you are right on both accounts the guy would train with us is getting better

  • Now they got a name for everything huh? i boxing we call this awkward and untrained horse-shit!! LOL Check out my vid and tell me about 52 anything!!

  • first timers go point I will check you out

  • holler weight and pro or am

    peace

  • wow, 52blocks? what kind of martial art is that? Learn 52 blocks for mma? ken shamrock punch one of u guys will surely drop sleeping on the floor.. lol..

  • think again watch Kawaun

    peace

  • I'm studying a different style called Abir. He told us to look at what you are doing because it's the closest thing to an effective style. I can see a lot of similarities.

  • thanks, we are building

    peace

  • this shit is terrible

go to the golden gloves and see how this works for you

  • All they are doing is slap boxing, are they really trying to this into a martial Art? We've been doing this shit since the 80's and I'm sure it goes further back then that. This is a joke.

  • agree...

  • whate the fuck is the white guy doin? hes not even punching

this shit is such a fucking joke. lol the 14 year olds in my boxing class would mop these guys

  • don't talk bs if your 14 year old catch one tough punch their down..

  • there is something called a comma and period. L2 use them.

and yes, the 14 year olds in my gym would destroy these guys. you can watch my videos in a few days as ill be posting my last boxing event

  • Dude get real, 14 year olds against 25+, you must be stupid. that's like sending a sheep towards a lion to make friends -,-"

  • 52 is a joke period...these guys are emulating chinese and japanese martial arts take for instance, the first video of that guy catching the man's punch by closing in his forearms.

    That's a Karate move(double inward block)

According to the book "Way of Kata" the book is a guide on deciphering martial arts katas.

One step is "If you are touching yourself in a kata that means your touching your opponent"

The double inward block you will touch your forearms.

    These men are plagiarists

  • try body wisdom and building support of the structure. maybe you read a little more , but thanks for the lovely comments

    peace

  • whatever people always try to sabotage, seize control of what blacks have and do.

  • A joke. lol

This fighting style was created in NYC jails, I highly doubt they were watching "Enter the Dragon" while trying to not get their ass beat. lol.

I think any style of art is great and if you cannot see that then you truly aren't a real fighter. I can see this as a respected style of fighting form for the ages.

  • one of the most stupid things ive seen in a long time...52 blocks hahahaha

  • i think a lot of you catz got 52 all wrong. 52Blocks is a DEFENSIVE technique! That's what all the practitioners of it say about the style. Notice how white boy doesn't know what and where to strike. All his strikes are blocked/defended. If you can't get hit, you can't get hurt. A good idea in a prison brawl! And, if you have some footwork, you can also get off some wicked counters w/52.

  • I strongly AGREE!!!!!

  • its funny how there's an argument of who kicked whos ass. kinda tells you something...

  • wtf is this shit is this for real or a joke

  • look at 42 seconds, 50 seconds and 1:05 secs.

the white guy landed. everything else is missed blocked or deflected, for both parties.

  • the black guy did land anything and looked gased out at the end of 2 min. the white guy landed a few, and one really good hook. plus had good movment.

52 is not for the ring or long range.

i might be wrong but i dont see any vids showing the application for the long range of low line attacks.

  • the white dude got his ass kicked

  • brotha in black was madd skilled

he is trying to work the 52 in

    nice presentation

    i like

    i like

  • are you kidding me? Homeboy got his ass kicked.

  • but what is presentation in a street fight? where if you have not trained your 52 to be be a full expression of defence. bro in black needs to train more as we all do cuz in a real situation, a free for all ,i don't think the skill's he shows in this vid would save his life him or the white guy

  • #2 I guess I got mad when you guys seemed to have a real family - my father left me when I was young, and my mother has never gave a shit about me ... I'm sorry - I just lost my job, and last night slept on the street - I haven't eaten much - Everything I'm telling you is the truth - and I just check my email in the internet shop to find ways out pf this and check youtube - I'm sorry - Peace Man - Bjon -

  • Sorry to hear all that. Try to stay up, man.

    Peace, D.C.

  • Thanks man, I just checked my emails to see for some help on America's from some friends in Maryland - thanks for your reply - tell all the brothers peace and tell them they have a great system - not only fighting but you try to build the faith of the kids - building faith and community is better than anything - Peace Love Brother Bjon

  • Brothaman I hope everything works our for you just have faith things will get better soon. Peace

  • thanks man and take care yourself I should be okay soon - Its okay now - Brother Bjon

  • thats what im talking bout ..the gy in the black was out there lookin real sick wit it !!!!

  • Sick as in not well?

  • PS. bjon123abc, Constellation is not a "gang." This is a collective of positive brothers, working together in a very socially conscious way. Check into the Bartendaz online if you want more information on their work with NYC youth.

  • bjon123abc, I think these gentlemen are displaying the utmost in sincerity, humility, discipline. And I was there in person to see what went down. I thought I read you post something about "this system sucks ass" and "I better train to come to New York" or something. I was mistaken. My bad. Peace to you.

  • You're right - I said things that were rude and wrong - and I apologize to all the ones that demonstated this system - I am sorry for saying the things I said - Even my last comment yesterday was not right - I'm sorry for my comments - I apologize to all those involved with the 52 System - and if you are helping the youth, then I God Bless you - these days we need help -

  • Excuse my typo..meant to say " you may never learn the deadly techniques".

Be careful what you wish for.

  • Exactly on point Krooklyn707. To see 52 the way men like Kawaun Adon learned it in Flatbush and "Crime Heights" may not be possible at this stage of the game. Dudes aren't trying to catch assault charges. A bare-knuckle whiplash overhand punch landed on an eye socket (no headgear) is going to send someone to the hospital quick. So some form of "sport 52" must be developed, and this sparring part of the seminar in Harlem was the closest I have seen.

  • I agree. I have studied the arts in total for 8 years. Every art has some exercise/techniques that seem BS but each technique enhances a different aspect. For example Kata in Karate seems a waste of time but depends on your Master. A true Karate master can show you that those are REAL pressure points strikes that can seriously hurt someone in the right situation.

  • I am a martial arts enthusiast and I am trying to learn 52 to add to my arsenal. To all the posts that bad mouth the 52 style I will say this.....You may never know/see the dealy techniques because if they were used people would get mamed or seriously injured....If you might regret going against one of the veteran 52 fighters. A street fight is more realistic then the UFC because anything goes....52 has proven to help people survive street/prison life so it has to have credibility.

  • not allowed 2 kick?

  • not for this full-contact slap box session; no elbow strikes, no closed fists, no kicks or knees

  • Thank you for uploading my fight, I am honored.(i am the one with the red headgear). I was my first try at 52 Blocks, great seminar, great guys, I learned a lot, Thanks again.

    Christophe

  • You were scrapping, Cristophe.

  • Juicemega, those are good points. I don't know that I'd agree that anyone is out to prove 52 Blocks is "legitimate" anymore. Plenty of people doubt and think this is some fake, made-up b.s. Others know its history and have seen what it can do in the real (street/prison) world (as opposed to MMA). Constellation certainly has footage of Kawaun teaching/sparring which is much more advanced, and I would expect to see some in the future.

  • #2 is always behind you - I will tell you straight up - You need to stop with this bullshit - Bjon

  • To be clear, that comment is directed only at bjon123abc, not Juicemega. One.

  • #2 not with your fists, but with your minds - a real master does everything for the love of the art - not for fame recognition money control or any reason other than love and sincerity in their art - peace DJ -

  • Farisi that is what you call a fighting system? I better train some and come to NY and wipe your fighters asses, and this ain't talking shit - your system sucks my ass - if this is what you call a fighting system - you better up your game - That really was pathetic - since every 52 blocks that I have seen has been push ups or basic exerciese I have not seen anything to make a comment - but what this is is bullshit and I tell you straight - the reason you are not scared is because your gang...

  • We've tried to keep this thread on some civil discourse. You're comments aren't being blocked as on some other sites. The question is: When can you catch a flight or Greyhound to New York? Either man up or cut the noise, man.

  • Point Blank I am not beefin with anyone and was just stating my feeling - you actually think I'm going togo to NY to prove myself to you? The only reason I'm upset is how Farisi cuts on everyone he thinks is not of 52 - Martial Arts is owned by no one - you talk all this shit all the time - so don't try to threaten me, I will never travel to NY for a fight - I have my beleifs, try that thug scare shit with someone else - you need to grow up and start changing people's minds not with ...

  • This is Bjon123abc - The reply I made for this 2 days ago was uncalled for and not in any truth - Iam sorry for this coment - Bjon

  • What you are witnessing, as Nakmeezy explained, was students slap boxing with open hands -- elbows and forearms used for blocking, not for attacking.

  • Nice sparring, but what really makes 52 dangerous is the elbows as you move into your opponent. I would love to see a demonstration of a good BUM RUSH technique by Big K.

    PEACE

  • XBLOCKS, everyone who was at the seminar at Rich's Gym saw it, from Big K, in person. It's not imperative on Daniel or anyone in Constellation to prove anything-- you can extrapolate that if their students are fighting with such intensity, they must be well taught. If you would love to see that technique you should attend a Constellation event, even if you are just an observer.

  • I was under the impression that one of the goals of this movement was proving that 52 Blocks was a legitimate and useful system. Have you put any thought into the idea that seeing the techniques well executed may draw people in to the seminar? Watching students who clearly need work isn't very attractive. I'm interested in the movement, but as I see things now I'm not particularly willing to invest time or money to visit the seminars.

  • (This and the Previous message were intended as replies to djcentury) It'll likely draw more people in if you give people a taste of what the masters can do. For example, watching Big K go at it with the long haired dude piqued my interest, but watching two amateurs slapbox is less compelling. The shadowboxing videos are nice as well, but folks want utility. How many people would really want to study under somebody whose technique is a mystery to them?

  • The dude in all black was OFFICIAL

  • I have to say that the full contact session is the most fun I had all day! As men, it is awesome to be able to exercise the aggression we have inside (in a controlled environment). Anyone who questions the movement or wants to get down with it please come to a seminar. I am very much a work in progress but every time out I want to Show and Prove...

  • h2obadiah, it was great meeting you, fam. You embody the spirit -- humility but still bringing the fire.

  • LOL H2O I see YOU HOMEY, LOOKIN GOOD my brother.

    PSU

  • Thanks. Me and Doug were talking about you! Bout how you reppin' the 52 over in Germany!!

  • Thanks. Me and Doug were talking about you! Bout how you reppin' the 52 over in Germany!!

  • Im striving Brothers...But you know the science aint a walk the park.

    PSU

  • how would this work in mma, you should do a video for it

  • Check Rashad Evans discussing 52 in the UFC; obviously a lot of this is "street effective" or "combat" boxing, so it's not for a sport like MMA. But Rashad himself says 52 Blocks is the "best dirty boxing out there." So if you are an MMA sport fighter, using grappling, striking, and want a serious inside fighting game, this would supplement it enormously. A skilled 52 fighter, using all the misdirection and "off-beat" rhythm in his arsenal, would give a lot of straight-up fighters trouble.

  • is there a reason there is no sound

  • An experiment to see if people look at the movement more if there are less distractions, we want people to ask questions.

  • Yes, well, D. if we can keep this about the movement, the art form, the technique, we all would benefit.

  • Great idea - it DOES make it a lot less distracting, and puts a lot more attention on what's going on solely on the screen.

  • Nice moves man this style of boxing is very good and efective.

  • Peace. Ask why. If you dont know what to look for then you will never see it. See the blocks being used in real time, watch O2's level changes and how he leaves a line of sight so he can strike on the change. What do you think would have happened if the ring were smaller?

  • the same thing when u had big k in the corner

but, can u explain how the light skinned dude was doin 52?

  • he wasn't he was using better foot work and boxing.

  • smooth!!!

  • Nice vid, FD! About time. Who is the OG?

  • My bad, you said O2.

  • More fire! Lots of heart from both fighter. Respect due.
