I think many people don´t know how to use canister. The best combo is like in this video with night vision. He didn´t show it in the video, but when you have RPG infantry popping their heads out just to shoot off a missile it is really hard to hit them with LMG or HMG. With cannister you get them with one shot, usually a headshot. It is also very good against air targets because of the spread (Driver HMG & LMG useless against air targets due to slow turret movement).

@dominicancheif117 it's a third seat where you can laser desigate targets, have a prox sensor and thermal optics to spos things with :)

The setup you are using in this video is the best

Reactive armor for protection against ambushes from rpg and smaw

Canister shells to effetively take out infantry at long range

And thermal optics to spot mines and campers

Since both rounds use the same cannon, you shouldnt be able to switch between them faster than you can reload either 1. They need to patch that.

These tanks(without auto reload) are reloading as fast as tanks in Bad company 2 with speed reload :/ Now personally that needs some work...although i could probably live with it just not on the receiving end

I got shells too. Good because it oneshots people but if you missed or got other targets then you are pretty fucked. So LMG is better. And HMG is for medium distances and can destroy jeeps must faster, so its either HMG or canister in close quarters (use canister if you got good gunner)

@foxfire1112 Disagree! it has limited use against aircraft, true, but I much prefer it over the LMG and HMG. Besides, it's badarse. That's the only real reason that matters. That said, on maps like Firestorm, I prefer to roll with guided shots that work in tandem with ICTV or SOFLAM.

@terminox U learn to pepper shot with the lmg much more valuable imo, but yes I agree, it is badass to shot gun people from a tank. But yes shooting down planes is much more valuable and lmg suppresses infantry enough so they cant get those rockets off. To be honest I never really touched the hmg
