  • Some say nothing can go faster than the speed of light. I disagree. Glen Melnik is able to loose track of a honors physics lecture and switch to a story about him riding a motorcycle at least five times faster than the speed of light.

  • sure. gamma has no units, so whatever unit you use for one T, the other T will have that same unit. in this situation he can use whatever unit of time he wants. in different situations, years is useful because problems will involve lightyears, in which case years is necessary.
