okay, so first you have to have m33 firmware. Turn off you psp (fully) Now hold the on switch + R  for bout 3 seconds. NOTE- you have to turn the psp on AND hold R at the exacat same time or it wont work!

hi i can help you juz take out your mem stick and when started up put your mem stick in again after that go to games and select the program after that you can input your desired password then it will ask you again type it in and walla your done.

to go in recovery mode i cant really explain but it is very simple. just type recovery mode psp on youtube on google. And yes this lock will make it so that when ever someone turns on your psp a password will be asked for.
