try unticking "Enable Idle skipping" then tick on "Optimize Quantizers". If you get error messages just hit ok to continue. I have a dual core 2.4 GHz processor with 3 gigs of RAM and a Nvidea 9800 card and I can run most games at 45-55 Fps

works with this config so slow only 10 - 20 fps

open the emulator, click on the Config button and make sure you check "enable Dual Core"

i cant start the game when i enable dual core
