the reason why u r allergic to vitamins is u probably arent lackin in vitamins in ur system...thats y ur nails are super long....put it is this way ....i take vitamic c for my nails and hair, cus i lack that vitamin in my system...maybe u being allergic to it, its telling u that u have enough in you..this happened to my aunt also

So if it was good, bad, or other, she was just answering the request of her fans. @betweenXtheXstars I can only take childrens vitamins, my nails are super thin, what keeps them long is nail strengthners, I use them as a basecoat, a favorite topcoat of your choice will do. Apply a fresh coat during the first 3 days everyday, including your nails edges all around. After the 3 days apply a fresh topcoat every other day. After 7 days remove all coats & re~start process. By the end of the 4rth day your nails will look thick, but this is what keeps them from easily breaking.
