@fernewells I love the original shit!! but i will tell ya, nobody wants jerry only to sing! I've got the album and went to see them live! jerry only sucks singing.....I'm proud of what he stands for! but please find someone else to do vocals! all these young kids have is Graves to hang on to! I recommend the singer from acid bath...he would be awesome singing for the misfits! Jerry has said it "Glenn" WILL NEVER SING AGAIN FOR MISFITS!!

I LOVE GRAVES. DANZIG IS BETTER SOLO. WHAT HE CREATED IN THE ORIGINAL MISFITS WAS AWESOME, DON'T GET ME WRONG.... BUT I LOVE GRAVES' WRITING AND SINGING STYLE SO MUCH MORE. i LOVE THE CHEESY HORROR MOVIE LYRICS AND MELODICLY CRYPTIC TONE OF HIS VOICE. DANZIG DIDN'T DO THIRTEEN WITH THE MISFITS, HE DID THAT SOLO, ALONG WITH SILVER AND COLD, BOTH TWO OF MY FAVORITE DANZIG SONGS. IF HE DID SUCH GREAT MATERIAL WITH THE FITS ID VOTE TEAM DANZIG, BUT I'M TEAM GRAVES ALL THE WAY. JERRY CAN'T SING LEAD

dude, there is no debate - graves' songs are better than danzing's. i guess i prefer the attitude of danzing-era misfits, but the songs are just better, plain and simple.

@skaneverdies What do you mean there's no debate? I love Graves but the Misfits were Danzig's band. He formed the band, he named the band, he wrote all the music and lyrics from '77-'83 and then he disbanded the Misfits to form Samhain, then went on to a successful solo career. After 33 years, the man is a legend.

@Pichi122 - I don't think he left the group, he disbanded them. They ceased to exist until their "ressurection" in 1995. Although, I will agree with you, the Misfits are legends. The band itself is bigger than any one person involved.
