Really very old videos and paragliders. Paragliders developed dramatically in the last few years. Traing methods developed as well. Some idiots still remain, but fortunately Darwin sorts them out, so that all others can enjoy the safe paragliding sport.

actually looked like a few parachutes in there. they r not designed for hill top launch, dont know what they thinkin. The building stack cracked me up, he started abseiling xD

Actually i think what you are seeing is very old paragliders....vintage footage there...very nice

i thought the same parachutes or old style gliders? i guess one was derived from the other in some way. funny vid god bless these old pioneers through their mistakes and attempts is what gives us the sport we have now.

to those that don't paraglide: this really has nothing to do with paragliding today. Anyone who follows even the most basic advice would never have that stuff happen.
