Its a bug, happens all the time on my server.

/rcon reloadfs medit05rc4 or w/e its called in your FS folder.

If that doesnt work, /rcon gmx.

Im still using medit 0.2, Makabo said that 05RC4 was bugged like hell :P

Don't think medit causes this though..

It just happened to me again in a server.
